Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to ophthalmic compositions and multidose systems for topically applying compositions to a surface, e.g. an eye surface. Multidose systems of the present disclosure can include a multidose preservative-free (MDPF) eye dropper bottle system and an ophthalmic composition having an therapeutic agent, a viscosifying agent having a concentration of about 0.01% w/v to about 5% w/v, and a surfactant having a concentration of about 0.005% w/v to about 7% w/, wherein the composition lacks a preservative.
