Abstract: The present specification describes a cosmetic composition comprising a multiple emulsion formulation, comprising: droplets including an inner phase and an outer phase; and an outermost phase. The cosmetic composition of the present invention may provide excellent formulation stability due to the distribution of the droplets very close to the outermost phase.
