Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a nanoemulsion cosmetic composition including an oil phase and an aqueous phase, wherein the oil phase contains a ginseng nanopowder and an oil swollen by the ginseng nanopowder, the composition does not contain an additional surfactant, and the ginseng nanopowder is distributed uniformly in the composition.
