Abstract: A method performed by a user equipment that is in communication with a network, includes receiving, a CAG information list from the network, the CAG information list including one or more CAG IDs and an association between each of the one or more CAG IDs and one or more NPN PLMN IDs. The method includes receiving, from the network, a network name list including one or more network names and the one or more CAG IDs and an association between each of the one or more network names and the one or more CAG IDs in the CAG information list, selecting a CAG cell as a serving cell based at least on the CAG information list or the network name list, and sending to a SIM of the UE, CAG data based on the CAG information list and the network name list.

Abstract: This application describes techniques for dynamic feature-dependent electronic subscriber identity module (eSIM) profile provisioning for wireless devices, including provisioning of device-compatible eSIM profiles and mitigation of provisioned device-incompatible eSIM profiles. A wireless device can provide information regarding additional device capabilities indicating support (or lack thereof) for optional cellular wireless standard features to a provisioning server, which can select an eSIM profile matched to the wireless device. In some cases, a wireless device detects an error condition resulting from enabling a device-incompatible eSIM profile on an embedded universal circuit card (eUICC) of the wireless device, disables the errant eSIM profile, and notifies a provisioning server regarding the error condition. The provisioning server can account for the device compatibility when providing additional eSIM profiles to the wireless device.

Abstract: This Application sets forth techniques for managing communication with wireless devices that have been flagged due to certain activity. In particular, the techniques effectively eliminate unnecessary interactions and enable enhanced user feedback when wireless devices that have been flagged are attempting to interact with mobile network operators (MNOs). The techniques can be implemented by a variety of entities to achieve different and efficient results under various scenarios. Such entities can include, for example, i) equipment identity registries that track unique identifiers of wireless devices that have been flagged due to certain activity, ii) MNO servers, such as SM-DP+ servers, and iii) wireless devices. Additionally, individual components within wireless devices can implement the techniques variously, including using issuer security domain root (ISD-R) components, local profile assistants (LPAs), electronic subscriber identity module (eSIM) components, and/or baseband components included in the wireless devices.
