摘要： A terminal-equipped electric wire includes an electric wire that includes a conductor, a terminal connected to the conductor, and a shell attached to the terminal. The conductor has a nominal cross-sectional area of 0.13 mm2 or less. The terminal includes a grip portion that pinches the conductor. The shell includes a pressing portion that presses at least a portion of the grip portion toward the conductor. At least one of the conductor and the grip portion includes a tin layer, and an oxide coating formed on the surface of the tin layer. An adhering portion formed of a portion of tin contained in the tin layer that passes through the oxide coating and pours out onto a surface of the oxide coating. The adhering portion has an area of 0.100 mm2 or more.

摘要： A terminal includes a terminal body and a slider. The terminal body is formed by processing a metal sheet. The terminal body is coupled to a front end of an electric wire with respect to an extending direction in which the electric wire extends. The terminal body holds the electric wire. The slider is slidable in the extending direction relative to the terminal body. The terminal body includes connecting tabs that includes contact surfaces contactable with the electric wire. Each of the connecting tabs has a cantilever shape. The slider includes pressing portions that press the connecting tabs so that the connecting tabs deform and the contact surfaces contact the electric wire when the slider is slid. The connecting tabs include burrs that are produced during processing of the metal sheet. The burrs protrude from the contact surfaces toward the electric wire.

The electric wire extending rearward from a portion of the housing that has the terminal therein is disposed on the base portion. The cover members that are movable between a position in which the cover members cover the base portion and a position in which the cover members are away from the base portion. The cover members include a wire pressing portion that presses the electric wire disposed on the base portion toward the base portion when the cover members are in the position in which the cover members cover the base portion.

摘要： A female terminal includes a terminal body and a slider displaced relative to the terminal body. The terminal body includes a connecting tab deformable in a pressing direction crossing an inserting direction in which an electric wire is inserted and contactable with the electric wire. The slider is slidable between separated and overlapping positions. The slider includes a narrow portion that protrudes inward and has a less inner dimension in the pressing direction, and a wide portion in front of the narrow portion with respect to the inserting direction and has a greater inner dimension in the pressing direction than the narrow portion. The connecting tab contacts the electric wire when the narrow portion overlaps the connecting tab at the overlapping position. The slider includes a sloped guide surface that is angled at in front of the wide portion to spread further than the wide portion toward the front.

摘要： A terminal to be coupled to a front end portion of an electric wire. The terminal includes a terminal body and a slider. The terminal body includes a holding section holding a core wire of the electric wire. The slider is movable in a front-rear direction between a first position and a second position that is on a front side with respect to the first position while the slider being fitted on a section of the terminal body including the holding section. The slider includes a pressing portion that presses the holding section toward the electric wire when the slider is at the second position. The slider includes a pressure receiving portion that is pushed from a rear side to move the slider from the first position to the second position. The slider includes a support portion that receives a force applied to the pressure receiving portion that is pushed.
