    摘要: Use of a metallocene compound of general formula Ind2R″MQ2 as a component of a catalyst system in producing polyethylene, wherein each Ind is the same or different and is indenyl or substituted indenyl; R″ is a bridge which comprises a C1 to C4 alkylene radical, a dialkyl germanium or silicon or siloxane, alkyl phosphine or amine, which bridge is substituted or unsubstituted, M is a Group IV metal or vanadium and each Q is hydrocarbyl having 1 to 20 carbon atoms or halogen; and the ratio of meso to racemic forms of the metallocene in the catalyst system is at least 1:3. The metallocene may be supported. The ethylene may be polymerized in a reaction medium that is substantially free of any external comonomer, with comonomer being formed in situ. The produced polyethylene may have long chain branching. The produced polyethylene may be atactic.

The polymerization catalyst characterized by the formula B(FluL)MQn in which Flu is a fluorenyl group substituted at least the 2,7- and 3,6-positions by hydrocarbyl groups. L is a substituted or unsubstituted cyclopentadienyl, indenyl or fluorenyl group or a heteroorgano group, XR, in which X is a heteroatom from Group 15 or 16 of the Periodic Table of Elements, R is an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group or an aryl group and B is a structural bridge extending between the groups L and Flu, M is a Group 4 or Group 5 transition metal, such as titanium, zirconium or hafnium and Q is selected from the group consisting of chlorine, bromine, iodine, an alkyl group, an amino group, an aromatic group and mixtures thereof, with n being 1 or 2.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a method for preparing an heterogeniseded catalyst component comprising the steps of: a) providing a halogenated precursor component of formula (I) —X—[—CH2]—CH3 b) reacting the halogenated precursor with an ionic liquid precursor in a solvent to prepare an ionic liquid; IL+X− c) optionally, reacting the intermediate IL+X− with a salt C+A−, wherein C+ is a cation that can be selected from K+, Na+, NH4+, and A− is an anion that can be selected from PF6−, SbF6−, BF4−, (CF3—SO2)2N−CIO4—, CF3SO3−, NO3— or CF3CO2−. d) using the ionic liquid prepared in step b) to heterogenise a metallocene component of formula (II) R″(CpRm)(Cp′Rn)MQ2 wherein Cp and C′p are independently selected from substituted or unsubstituted cyclopentadienyl groups M is a metal selected from Group 4 of the Periodic Table, R″ is a structural bridge imparting stereorigidity between Cp and Cp′ and Q is a halogen or an alkyl having from 1 to 12 carbon atoms; e) heterogenising the ionic liquid/metal system by addition of an apolar solvent inducing the precipitation reaction; f) retrieving a metallocene catalyst component heterogenised by an ionic liquid. It also discloses an active catalyst system hetero genised by an ionic liquid and its use in the polymerisation of olefins.
