摘要: Methods for polymerizing polyethylene in a tubular reactor may comprise: compressing ethylene monomer to a. pressure from about 2900 bar to about 3150 bar; introducing the compressed ethylene monomer and a modifier into the tubular reactor having two or more reaction zones, wherein each of the two or more reaction zones independently has a peak zonal temperature within a range of about 180° C. to about 300° C.; and producing a polyethylene composition having a density of about 0.9320 g/cm3 to about 0.9350 g/cm3 measured by ASTM D1505-18 using sample preparation according to ASTM 02839-16.

摘要: A thermoplastic polymer composition comprises a polyethylene polymer composition and a salt of bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-2,3-dicarboxylic acid. The polyethylene polymer composition can have a Melt Relaxation Index of 2 or greater. A method for molding a thermoplastic polymer composition comprises the steps of (a) providing an apparatus comprising a die with an annular orifice, a means for blowing pressurized fluid into a tube exiting the die orifice, and a means for drawing and collecting the tube; (b) providing the thermoplastic polymer composition described above; (c) heating the thermoplastic polymer composition to melt the thermoplastic polymer composition; (d) extruding the molten thermoplastic polymer composition through the die to form a tube; (e) blowing a pressurized fluid into the tube to inflate the tube while simultaneously drawing it; (f) allowing the film to cool; and (g) collecting the film.

摘要: Supported chromium catalysts with an average valence less than +6 and having a hydrocarbon-containing or halogenated hydrocarbon-containing ligand attached to at least one bonding site on the chromium are disclosed, as well as ethylene-based polymers with terminal alkane, aromatic, or halogenated hydrocarbon chain ends. Another ethylene polymer characterized by at least 2 wt. % of the polymer having a molecular weight greater than 1,000,000 g/mol and at least 1.5 wt. % of the polymer having a molecular weight less than 1000 g/mol is provided, as well as an ethylene homopolymer with at least 3.5 methyl short chain branches and less than 0.6 butyl short chain branches per 1000 total carbon atoms.

摘要: A method for preparing a supported olefin polymerization catalyst, comprising: step 1, activating a COF at 0° C.-800° C. for 0.1-48 hours under inert atmosphere or vacuum protection; optionally, step 2, reacting the activated COF with an auxiliary agent in a reaction medium at a temperature of 5° C.-120° C. under inert atmosphere or vacuum protection, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain a solid phase material, wherein the auxiliary agent is selected from a metal alkyl compound, boron halothane, an alkyl aluminum oxide, a modified methyl aluminoxane, a Lewis acid, and a Grignard reagent; and step 3, under inert atmosphere or vacuum protection, reacting the solid phase material with the olefin polymerization catalyst in a reaction medium at −30° C.-150° C., performing solid-liquid separation, and collecting the solid phase material as the supported olefin polymerization catalyst. A supported olefin polymerization catalyst and an application thereof. The supported catalyst can maintain higher catalytic activity for a long time in olefin polymerization.

摘要: The present invention provides: a catalyst which has high activity and enables the production of an olefin polymer that has a polar group; and a method for producing the polymer. A catalyst for olefin polymerization, which contains a metal complex represented by general formula (C1); and a method for producing an ethylene (co)polymer, wherein (1) ethylene is polymerized, (2) ethylene and an olefin having a polar group represented by general formula (1) are copolymerized, or (3) ethylene, an olefin having a polar group represented by general formula (1) and another monomer are copolymerized, with use of the above-described catalyst. (In the formulae, the symbols are as defined in the description; and at least one of R6 and R7 represents a 9-fluorenyl analogous group represented by general formula (2).

摘要: The present invention relates to an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and a process for preparing the same, said ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene has a viscosity-average molecular weight of 150-1000×104 g/mol, a metal element content of 0-50 ppm, a bulk density of 0.30-0.55 g/cm3, a true density of 0.900-0.940 g/cm3, a melting point of 140-152° C., and a crystallinity of 40-75%, and said polyethylene satisfies at least one of condition (1) and condition (2):
Condition (1): tensile elasticity modulus is greater than 250 MPa, preferably greater than 280 MPa, more preferably greater than 300 MPa,
Condition (2): Young's modulus is greater than 300 MPa, preferably greater than 350 MPa.
The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene has high mechanical properties, high melting point, low metal element content and ash content, and the preparation process is simple, flexible and adjustable, and the ultra-high molecular weight ethylene copolymer has a high tensile elasticity module.-
