Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods for determining ubiquitin carboxy-terminal hydrolase L1 (UCH-L1), glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), or a combination thereof in a blood sample obtained from a subject. Also disclosed herein are systems and methods for determining CK-MB, β-hCG, thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), homocysteine, free thyroxine (free T4) or any combinations thereof in a blood sample.
