    Abstract: A receptacle electrical connector includes a plurality of first terminals, a plurality of second terminals, a main insulator, a secondary insulator, a shielding plate and a shielding shell. The main insulator has a plurality of first terminal grooves and a plurality of second terminal grooves. Each first terminal accommodated in the corresponding first terminal groove is fitted with the corresponding first terminal groove in interference and in face-to-face contact. Each second terminal accommodated in the corresponding second terminal groove is fitted with the corresponding second terminal groove in interference and in face-to-face contact. The secondary insulator is engaged with the main insulator to limit each first terminal in the corresponding first terminal groove and to limit each second terminal in the corresponding second terminal groove. The shielding plate is located between the first terminals and the second terminals. The shielding shell surrounds the main insulator.

    Abstract: An electrical connector disposed on a circuit board is provided. The electrical connector includes a terminal set having a plurality of terminals, a first insulator, at least one second insulator, and a third insulator. Each of the terminals has a contact portion, a soldering portion connecting to the circuit board, and a bending portion connected between the contact portion and the soldering portion. The first insulator is structurally integrated with the contact portions. The second insulator is structurally integrated with the terminals and is located between the bending portions and the soldering portions. The third insulator is locked with the second insulator.

    Abstract: An electrical receptacle connector includes a insulated block, first receptacle terminals, second receptacle terminals, an insulated housing, and a metallic shell. A first surface of the insulated block includes a plurality of first engaging grooves for holding the first receptacle terminals, and a second surface of the insulated block includes a plurality second engaging grooves. Accordingly, when the insulated block is formed in a first molding procedure, the first receptacle terminals and the second receptacle terminals are respectively positioned on the insulated block. Next, a second molding procedure is applied to form the insulated housing out of the insulated block. Therefore, the difficulties in manufacturing the components of the connector and the cost for manufacturing the connector can be reduced, while the manufacturing efficiency of the connector can be improved.

    Abstract: An electrical receptacle connector is provided for contacting conductive surfaces of a conductive substrate. The connector includes an insulated housing out of a terminal retaining member and an outer shell enclosing the insulated housing. The outer shell includes two side plates extending toward two sides of a mount member at the rear portion of the insulated housing. The conductive substrate is inserted into the mount member and in contact with first receptacle terminals. An embedded member is inserted between the side plates for positioning the conductive substrate. Hence, the electrical receptacle connector can be connected with the conductive substrate without connecting to an additional FPC receptacle connector and additional terminals of the FPC connector. Consequently, a product with the connector can be assembled with flexible circuit board or flexible flat cables, and the circuit board or cable can be replaced easily when the board or the cable has defects.

    Abstract: A multiple-in-one receptacle connector used for an audio equipment includes an insulating housing, receptacle connectors, and sealants. The insulating housing has a top surface having cavities disposed thereon and a bottom surface. Each cavity has a bottom having through holes disposed thereon and penetrating through the bottom surface. Each receptacle connector accommodated in the corresponding cavity includes terminals. Each terminal has a soldering section extending backward out of the corresponding receptacle connector. The soldering sections of each receptacle connector pass through the through holes disposed on the bottom of the corresponding cavity, respectively, to be out of the bottom surface. Each sealant disposed on the bottom surface seals gaps formed between the soldering sections of each receptacle connector and the through holes disposed on the bottom of the corresponding cavity. Sounds are prevented from leaking from gaps by the sealants sealing the gaps.
