Abstract: A method and device for biomedical recording of biomedical spike signals is provided. The method includes extracting and aligning possible biomedical spike signals from received signals and, thereafter, performing spike detection by determining whether the possible biomedical spike signals are actual spike signals. The biomedical spike signals are preferably selected from electrocardiography (ECG), electroencephalography (EEG) and neural signals.
