摘要: Some embodiments include processing data via an executable file on a monitor to reduce the dimensionality of the data being transmitted over the wireless network. The output of the executable file also encrypts the data before being transmitted wireless to a remote server. The remote server receives the transmitted data and makes likelihood inferences based on the recorded data.

摘要: As may be implemented in accordance with one or more aspects depicted herein, an apparatus and/or method involves monitoring heart rhythm of a patient utilizing a housing having amplifying circuitry and digitizing circuitry configured to amplify and digitize ECG signals. Two or more legs protrude from the housing, each configured to provide an electrical connection from an ECG electrode to the amplifying circuitry. Computing circuitry processes the digitized ECG signals, communication circuitry communicates data corresponding to the ECG signals, and data storage circuitry stores data corresponding to the ECG signals. A charge storage circuit provides power to the circuitry, computing circuitry, and communication circuitry. The legs mechanically connect to skin electrodes and to support the weight of the housing and its contents in response to the skin electrodes being adhesively secured to skin.

摘要: Various examples are provided related to synthetic echocardiography. In one example, a method includes receiving surface electrocardiography (ECG) signals obtained from a patient; synthesizing, through a machine learning model, a 3D model of a heart based upon the surface ECG signals; and generating a rendering of the heart based upon the synthesized model of the heart. In another example, a system includes a wearable monitoring device that can collect and transmit surface ECG signals; and a computing device that can receive the surface ECG signals obtained from a patient using the wearable monitoring device; synthesize, through a machine learning model, a 3D model of a heart based upon the surface ECG signals; and generate a rendering of the heart based upon the synthesized model of the heart. The rendering of the heart can be displayed locally (e.g., by the computing device) or transmitted to a user device for display.

摘要: A cardiac event monitoring system for applying improved ECG morphological analysis for determining abnormal cardiac events is provided. The system includes a wearable cardiac sensing device including physiological sensors such as ECG electrodes, an ECG digitizing circuit configured to provide digitized ECG signals, and a non-transitory memory configured to store the digitized ECG signals. The system also includes a processor in communication with the wearable cardiac sensing device. The processor is configured to extract a predetermined timeseries of ECG data points from the digitized ECG signals, identify ECG feature data points corresponding to a certain ECG feature, determine a minimum ECG morphological region based on the ECG feature data points, identify one or more measurements corresponding to the certain ECG feature using the minimum ECG morphological region, and determine whether the ECG feature data points correspond to an abnormal cardiac event, based on the one or more measurements.

摘要: This disclosure is directed to systems and techniques for detecting change in patient health based on a modular machine learning architecture ensembling different cardiac events. In one example, a medical system is configured to: detect a cardiac event type for the patient based on a classification of the patient physiological data in accordance with a modular machine learning architecture, wherein the modular machine learning architecture comprises, for each of a plurality of cardiac event types, an ensemble that comprises a current component model for classifying the cardiac EGM data as evidence of that respective one of the plurality of cardiac event types; and generate for display output data indicative of a positive detection of the cardiac event type.

摘要: Apparatuses and methods are provided to predict or diagnose an ischemic event, such as a stroke or a transient ischemic attack (TIA). A machine-learning model such as a neural network is generated that allows for recognition of an ECG consistent with an ischemic event. A system is trained and used to process a recording of ECG data from a patient to generate a prediction indicating a likelihood that the patient will experience a stroke. In other examples, a system is trained and used to process a recording of ECG data from a patient and detect an ischemic event for the patient who did not appear to have such an ischemic event.

The server includes a computer-readable medium and at least one server processor configured to receive one or more inputs from a healthcare provider, develop a patient-specific cardiac rehabilitation plan, including a plurality of exercise sessions, based on the one or more inputs, transmit the rehabilitation plan to the externally worn device, receive patient data from the externally worn device, and record one or more status identifiers for each past exercise session based on the received patient data. The at least one server processor is configured to adjust the rehabilitation plan based on the one or more recorded status identifiers and transmit the adjusted rehabilitation plan to the externally worn device.

摘要: The wearable article (200) comprises a sensing component. The electronics module (100) is removably coupled to the wearable article (200). The electronics module comprises a housing and a processor disposed within the housing (101). An interface element (121, 123) interfaces with the sensing component so as to receive signals from the sensing component and provide the same to the processor. A sensor (105) is disposed within the housing (101). The sensor (105) monitors a property of the environment external the electronics module (100) through the housing (101). The housing (101) is constructed such that the sensor (105) has line of sight through the housing (101).
