摘要: Provided is a lubricating oil composition for round die rolling, which is obtained by blending a base oil with: (A) 0.5 to 40 mass % of a monoester having 13 to 48 carbon atoms (a-1) and/or 0.5 to 30 mass % of a fatty dicarboxylate having 13 to 34 carbon atoms (a-2); (B) 0.01 to 10 mass % of a thiadiazole compound; (C) 0.01 to 15 mass % of a thiophosphite; and (D) 0.01 to 5 mass % of a triazole compound. The lubricating oil composition for round die rolling shows excellent processing performance without using any chlorine-based compound, and is able to improve lubricity in a bearing to lengthen the life of the bearing.

摘要: A fastening tool is provided that incorporates, in an outer annular body into which a first nut is inserted to03 be driven to rotate, an inner annular body into which a first nut and a second nut having a pitch different from the pitch of the first nut are inserted to be driven to rotate, and that simultaneously rotates the two nuts and fastens the nuts to a bolt. A flange shaft body is driven to rotate relatively to the outer annular body and the inner annular body via a plurality of balls. The balls are held by the flange shaft body and pressed towards notches of the outer annular body and the inner annular body with urging forces of first and second urging members via holding members respectively.

摘要: A worm is formed by rolling to reduce the number of processing steps while ensuring the worm accuracy satisfactorily. A work material is positioned between a first rolling die (100) and a second rolling die (101) by rotation of the rolling dies and a servomotor (76) for feeding the work material. When the lead angle of a worm is large and there is a large difference between the finished diameter and the blank diameter, the lead angle changes during the progress of rolling process, resulting in occurrence of through-feed. A slide plate (55) is freely slidable on a slide (53). Therefore, when through-feed occurs owing to the lead angles of the first and second rolling dies (100) and (101) and the workpiece, the slide plate (55) slides freely, and this is detected with a detecting sensor. The rotation of the first and second rolling dies (100) and (101) is stopped. Then, the first and second rolling dies (100) and (101) initiate reverse rotation, and at the same time, the slide plate (55) also initiates movement in the reverse direction. Thus, rolling is started. Thereafter, similar processing is repeated to perform rolling.

摘要: A round die type form rolling apparatus comprises: a pair of die moving blocks 15a, 15b rotatably supporting a pair of round dies 12a, 12b; four beam shafts 19 disposed around the rolling position of a work 33 being rolled by the round dies 12a, 12b and extending between the pair of die moving blocks 15a, 15b; and a push mechanism 20 for moving the pair of die moving blocks 15a, 15b toward each other. The die moving blocks 15a, 15b are moved, guided by the beam shafts 19, toward each other and the reaction forces generated between a pair of the round dies 12a, 12b by the rolling pressure are shared by the beam shafts 19 to prevent the round dies from escaping outwardly upwardly due to the reaction force from the work that is generated when the rolling pressure is applied to the work. This arrangement improves the machining precision of the work.
