The data may be used to assess items associated with the structure to determine a probability that an item may have an issue. Other aspects relate to receiving a request for assistance from a user in identifying a cause of an issue and remedying the issue. In some examples, the received data associated with the structure may be aggregated with data from the user about the issue in order to identify a cause of the issue and develop an action plan to address the issue.
