摘要: A method produces colored individualized holograms for use as security elements for documents, and to a device for producing individualized holograms. The method generates light formed of different colors, spatially modulates the light, color by color, in an individual manner, optically guides the modulated light such that the light is at least partially refracted and/or reflected on a holographic master and is superposed in a holographic recording material with the modulated non-refracted and/or reflected light, and records the hologram. The light is modulated, color by color and at the same time, by a plurality of spatial light modulators. Every color is associated with its own spatial light modulator and a plurality of monochrome modulated light beams of the plurality of colors is combined in a collinear manner prior to refraction and/or reflection on the holographic master and the superposition in the recording material to give a multicolor exposure light beam.

摘要: A method and a device produce an individualized hologram from a generated light beam. According to the method, the light beam is individually modulated in a spatial light modulator, a holographic recording material is arranged relative to a holographic master, and the individually modulated light beam is guided in such a manner that at least part of the individually modulated light beam is refracted and/or reflected on the holographic master and an interference pattern representing the individualized hologram is produced in the holographic recording material. The individually modulated light beam is displaced relative to the holographic recording material and the holographic master to scan the entire holographic master. The recording material is arranged so as to rest on a cylindrical drum or a cylindrical drum segment and the drum is rotated about a drum axis of the drum or the drum segment during scanning of the holographic master.

摘要: A device for producing a reflection hologram by means of a master, which is formed by a substrate on which a saw-toothed shaped structure is formed by molding, mechanical or lithographical methods. The structure has a reflective finish, such that the desired surface is produced on the structure. The light of a laser light source is expanded by means of an optical device, thus enabling a beam having a predetermined beam width to be obtained. The beam radiates the master and is reflected by the structure at an angle α in relation to the incident beam. Above the smooth surface arranged over the structure a photopolymer-film, containing a photo-sensitive layer that is disposed at a distance in relation to the structure, is arranged and the reflection hologram is produced in the photo-sensitive layer.

摘要: The invention relates to a device (1) for producing a reflection hologram (RH) by means of a master (3) which is formed by a substrate (4) on which a saw-toothed shaped structure (5) is formed by moulding, mechanical or lithographical methods. Said structure (5) has a reflective finish, is reflective or is metallised and is subsequently filled with a transparent layer (6) or a wavelength-selective layer (6), such that a desired surface is produced on the structure (5). The light of a laser light source (7) is expanded by means of an optical device, for example a lens (8) thus enabling a beam (9) having a predetermined beam width (R) to be obtained. The beam (9) radiates the master (3) and is reflected by the structure (5) at an angle a in relation to the incident beam (9). Above the smooth surface arranged over the structure (5) a photopolymer-film (10), containing a photo-sensitive layer (11) that is disposed at a distance (d) in relation to the structure (5), is arranged and the reflection hologram (RH) is produced in said photo-sensitive layer. When said assembly is illuminated by beams (9) of the laser light source (7), the incident beams (9) interfere with the reflected beams and a reflection hologram that has the function of the structure (5) of the master (3) is produced in the photo-sensitive layer (11). In this case of a saw-toothed shaped structure (5), a so-called holographic mirror that evidently has the property according to which a vertical incident light is deflected at an angle, is thus created in the copy.
