Abstract:
In a continuous machine for filling containers with at least one powdered product, each container is fed along a path phased with a corresponding metering device, which transfers the product from a tank to the container, and has a cylinder and a piston axially movable under the bias of corresponding tappets engaged in corresponding cams; the cam of the piston having a horizontal segment, which keeps the piston on the upper surface of the product during the insertion of the cylinder into the product itself, and whose vertical position is selectively controlled according to a height of the product in the tank.
Abstract:
A machine for filling bottles with solid forms of pharmaceutical products is provided with a conveying device for continuously moving forward a sequence of bottles along a given path, and a vibrating distribution plate, which is mounted along the path itself so as to continuously rotate around its own longitudinal axis, and has a plurality of feeding channels, each of which is wound in a helix around and along said longitudinal axis, and is moved forward in phase with a corresponding bottle to feed a given number of solid forms in the bottle itself.
Abstract:
The bottom shell of a capsule is filled with at least two products, contained in respective tanks, by means of a metering device, which has a metering chamber for receiving a given quantity of product from each tank; and a transfer chamber, which receives and transfers the product from the metering chamber to the bottom shell, and has a weighing device for weighing the product inside the transfer chamber.
Abstract:
On a continuous machine for filling containers with at least one product, each container is fed along a given path in time with a relative metering device, which withdraws the product from a tank, feeds the withdrawn product into the container, and has a piston and a cylinder movable axially with respect to each other; and a lock device provides for selectively locking the pistons and relative cylinders.
Abstract:
A machine for filling bottles with solid forms of pharmaceutical products is provided with a plurality of discharge ducts, each of which feeds a plurality of the solid forms from a containing tank into a corresponding bottle and cooperates with a deviating device, which is movable between a first operating position, in which the deviating device is arranged so as to allow the solid forms to be fed along the discharge duct and into the bottle, and a second operating position, in which the deviating device is arranged so as to prevent the solid forms from being fed along the discharge duct and into the bottle.
Abstract:
In a machine for filling capsules, each of which defined by a bottom and a cap, with pharmaceutical products, the bottoms and the caps of the capsules are moved forward in sequence about a plurality of wheels provided with at least two actuating members movable under the control of respective tappets engaged in respective cams to open and close the capsules themselves, respectively; the cams being obtained on the outer surface of a drum mounted to rotate about a rotation axis parallel to the rotation axes of the wheels.
