摘要： A construction of ink dispensing roller is described in which a porous ink metering layer extends around a peripheral surface of a porous ink reservoir. To prevent relative movement between the ink metering layer and the ink reservoir, the ink metering layer is securely located relative to the ink reservoir by means of elements of the ink metering layer extending beyond each axial end of the ink reservoir and being clamped between end cheeks and the axial end walls of the ink reservoir. The ink metering layer is manufactured from sheet material joined by welding along opposite edges into a tubular form. After welding the tubular form is manipulated so that an inner surface becomes a radially exterior ink dispensing surface.

摘要： A fluid reservoir connector for dispensing a fluid from a fluid container to a reservoir is described. The reservoir includes a tank and a like mounted to the top of the tank. A needle includes a tip end and an opposite end, and the needle traverses the housing and is adapted to pierce a septum of a fluid container. The needle also includes a first channel extending from a first opening at the tip end to an opening at the opposite end, and a second channel extending from a second opening at the tip end to an opening at a position between said tip end and said opposite end.

摘要： A collapsible container for separating oil and water and containing and transporting the separated oil is provided. The container is manufactured of a water impervious material and has a plurality of chambers, capable of holding oil and water, which are attached to each other serially along a linear axis. Located at opposite ends of the container are an input chamber and an output chamber. Intermediate the input and output chambers is at least one intermediate chamber. Substantially vertically disposed baffles, having an opening at their lower edges, are provided within the container defining the connecting walls between the input chamber and the adjoining intermediate chamber and the connecting walls between adjacent intermediate chambers. A baffle, also substantially vertically disposed, having an opening at its upper edge, is provided within the container defining the connecting wall between the output chamber and the intermediate chamber located farthest from the input chamber. An inlet allowing an oil and water mixture to enter the inlet chamber is provided. In addition, an outlet attached to the outlet chamber is provided to allow material within the outlet chamber to exit the container.

摘要： A unique object navigation system, user interface, and method that facilitate faster and smoother navigation of objects are provided. For example, the system can generate a plurality of objects that can be rendered on a display space that spans a single page in length, thereby mitigating the need to navigate through multiple pages. The system can determine the length of the page according to the number of objects generated. To view off-screen objects, an infinite scroll component can be employed. The amount of scroll space needed to view the plurality of objects can be determined in part by the length of the page and/or by the number of objects. The objects can also be viewed in a film strip format that is infinitely scrollable. The film strip view allows a view of the objects to be maintained while also viewing a selected object in greater detail at the same time.

摘要： Presenting one or more suggested search-engine queries based on an initial search-engine query is described herein. Once the initial query is received, a search engine determines whether any web content is relevant thereto. If not, a query-suggestion service determines whether any suggested queries can be substituted for the initial query. If not, the query is spell-corrected, if necessary, and parsed into individual terms. Each parsed term is then checked to see whether it can be associated with alternative search terms. Terms than can are combined and their combination is also checked for alternative search terms. All of the alternative search terms are scored and then assembled into a list of suggested search terms that is presented to the user.
