    摘要: The device includes a housing, a printed circuit board, a first optical subassembly, a second optical subassembly, and a lever. The device is pluggable to a host structure. The housing has a channel and ground spring fingers. The printed circuit board has contact traces and is mounted to the housing. The first and second optical subassemblies are mounted to the printed circuit board. The lever is rotatably mounted to the housing. The lever includes a rotatably mounted portion, a free end, and an actuation surface for actuation by a user. The free end of the lever forms a hook. In a locked position of the device to the host structure, the ground spring fingers contact and make electrical contact with a faceplate of the host structure, and the hook engages a slot of a circuit board of the host structure.

    摘要: A transmitting device includes a housing, a multichannel transmitter optical subassembly, a microcontroller, and a DVI connector. The housing has only one optical port, where the only one optical port is adapted to receive only one optical fiber. The multichannel transmitter optical subassembly is mechanically associated with the housing. The microcontroller is electrically associated with the multichannel transmitter optical subassembly. The DVI connector is mechanically associated with the housing. The transmitting device is adapted to convert at least four electrical TMDS signals into optical paths that are transmittable over the only one optical fiber. A receiving device is similar to the transmitting device, however, in contrast to the transmitting device, the receiving device includes a multichannel receiver optical subassembly, and wherein the receiving device is adapted to convert multiple colored wavelengths into at least four electrical TMDS signals.

    摘要: A device includes a housing, two members protruding from the housing, two transmitting optical subassemblies, two receiving optical subassemblies, a multiplexer, and a de-multiplexer. The housing includes two ports for receiving optical fiber connectors. Functionally, the two members act as two standard sized transceivers. The optical outputs of the transmitting optical subassemblies are introduced into the multiplexer and the output of the multiplexer is introduced into one of the two ports of the housing. The optical inputs of the receiving optical subassemblies emanate from the de-multiplexer. The optical data signal input into the de-multiplexer originates from the other port of the two ports of the housing. The two members are attached to the housing in such a way so that when the device is plugged into the receptacle of the host device, the two members can translate in three directions and rotate in three directions relative to the housing.
