    摘要: An actuator assembly for actuating an electrical switch housed in sealed electrical enclosure is disclosed. The actuator assembly includes a handle assembly including a handle positioned on an exterior of a cover of the sealed enclosure, a trip bracket positioned within the sealed enclosure and a shaft connecting the handle to the trip bracket. A slider actuator is slidably mounted over an electrical switch positioned within the enclosure and operatively associated with or coupled to a toggle of the electrical switch. The slider actuator has a drive link which is adapted to engage the trip bracket such that rotation of the handle activates the drive link which causes linear movement of the slider actuator to move the electrical switch between on and off positions. The use of the slider actuator allows a higher density of electrical switches to be stacked within the sealed enclosure.

    摘要: A power distribution module is described, which controls the distribution of battery input power to a plurality of device outlet ports using sensors and relay switches. The power distribution module monitors the voltage, current, and/or power from, and/or temperature of, the module and its conductors. The power distribution module has smartphone management of its power outlet ports. So, the power distribution module as described, includes a housing including one or more power inlets, and a plurality of power outlets; a controller processor configured to receive data from sensors in relation to battery capacity and state of charge, and to receive data on power provided to the power outlets; one or more relays, configured to switch power on or off to one or more of the plurality of power outlets; wherein the controller is configured to switch the one or more relays on or off in response to calculations based on selected threshold conditions. Methods of distributing power with a module based on calculations of power and current and temperature relative to selected thresholds are also described.

    摘要: A foldable rectangular plastic/composite enclosure having first, second, third and fourth sides connected by hinges. The enclosure folds flat by rotating the sides on the hinges but is constructed to fold only in one direction. The hinges allow the enclosure to be folded flat for storage and transportation. The hinges are composed of a plurality of hinge members wherein each hinge member is positioned in a housing. The housing has an open interior which helps anchor the enclosure in the ground. An insertable locking pin can be inserted through each hinge to prevent the enclosure from folding. The enclosure can be made of plastic/composite imbedded with fibers such as carbon fibers, glass fibers, or ceramic fibers or imbedded with particles such as glass particles. The use of plastic/composite and various openings or cutouts makes the enclosure light weight.

    摘要: A micro power distribution block comprises: an enclosure; a connector, the connector comprising a power input terminal, a power output terminal, a ground terminal, and a reset terminal; and a circuit member disposed within the enclosure and operatively connected to the connector. The circuit member includes a relay coupled to the power input terminal. The relay is configured to switch between an ON state and an OFF state. The circuit member also includes a feedback sensor configured to sense power flow through the relay in the ON state. The circuit member further includes a control circuit configured to: (a) generate a relay control signal for switching the relay from the ON state to the OFF state based on a magnitude of the sensed power flow, and (b) receive a reset signal, via the reset terminal, for switching the relay from the OFF state to the ON state.

    摘要: A circuit body for a vehicle includes: a plurality of control boxes dispersedly arranged on the circuit body; a trunk harness connecting one of the control boxes to another of the control boxes; and a branch harness connecting the control boxes to the electric component. The control boxes, the trunk harness and the branch harness are configured to ground a power circuit and a signal circuit through grounding routes different from each other. The power circuit supplies the electric power from a power source to the electric component through the control boxes. The signal circuit transmits a communication signal between the control boxes and the electric component and between one of the control boxes and another of the control boxes.
