摘要： Apparatuses, systems, and methods for SoR list management and PLMN selection based on an SoR list. A UE may receive an SoR container which may include a list of OPLMNs. The UE may store a prior list of OPLMNs stored on a USIM of the UE on a memory of the UE. The UE replace the prior list of OPLMNs stored on the USIM with the list of OPLMNs included in the SoR container. The UE may consider the prior list of OPLMNs as a lower priority list as compared to the list of OPLMNs stored on the USIM. Additionally, in response to determining to move from a current PLMN, the UE may scan for a new PLMN based on the list of OPLMNs stored on the USIM.

摘要： A technique for determining that a wireless device supports using multiple subscriber identity module (SIM) cards to establish multiple connections to wireless networks, generating a multi-SIM capability message, transmitting the multi-SIM capability message to a first wireless network; and receiving a registration accept signal in response to the multi-SIM capability message, wherein the registration accept signal indicates a first set of features supported by the first wireless network. In another aspect, a technique for a wireless system to receive, via a network interface, a multiple subscriber identity module (multi-SIM) capability message from a wireless device connected to a first wireless network; generate a registration accept signal in response to receiving the multi-SIM capability message, wherein the registration accept signal indicates a first set of features supported by the first wireless network; and send, via the network interface, the registration accept signal to the wireless device.

摘要： Briefly, in accordance with one or more embodiments, a method to implement an extended service request procedure for a circuit-switched fallback, comprises communicating with a packet-switched network, and initiating an extended service request procedure for a circuit-switched fallback to handle a voice call. If the voice call is terminated prior to completion of the extended service request procedure, the extended service request procedure may be aborted, and the user may remain in communication with the packet-switched network. Otherwise, the user completes the connection to the circuit-switched network and communicates with a circuit-switched network to handle the voice call.

Additionally, a technique for cancelling a voice call including receiving an indication that the first wireless system supports emergency service fallback, receiving an indication to establish an emergency voice call, transmitting an emergency service request to the first wireless system, receiving an indication to cancel the emergency voice call, and cancelling a connection to a second wireless system.
