    Abstract: Apparatuses, systems and methods associated with asynchronous synchronization reference source selection and reselection for wireless communication devices are disclosed herein. In embodiments, one or more non-transitory, computer-readable media having instructions stored thereon, wherein the instructions, in response to execution by a user equipment (UE), cause the UE to establish a sidelink connection with a first synchronization reference (SyncRef) UE, and monitor for physical sidelink broadcast channel (PSBCH) synchronization signals from a second SyncRefUE, wherein the UE is to drop one or more subframes of data reception of the sidelink connection with the first SyncRef UE when the UE monitors for the PSBCH synchronization signals.     Abstract: An equalizer includes: a channel estimator configured to generate a set of time-domain channel coefficients based on a receive signal; a frequency-domain transformer configured to generate a set of frequency-domain channel coefficients based on a frequency transform of the set of time-domain channel coefficients; an equalizer coefficient generator configured to generate a set of frequency-domain equalizer coefficients based on the set of frequency-domain channel coefficients; a time-domain transformer configured to generate a set of time-domain equalizer coefficients based on a time transform of the set of frequency-domain equalizer coefficients; and a filter configured to filter the receive signal based on a filter function that is based on the set of time-domain equalizer coefficients.

    Abstract: A communication device is provided that includes a receiver configured to receive a radio frequency signal. The communication device further includes a processor configured to determine a shift frequency based on a component radio frequency signal. The processor is configured to determine a second signal based on the radio frequency signal. The component radio frequency signal is based on the radio frequency signal and associated with a frequency related to the radio frequency signal represented in the frequency domain. The second signal is determined based on shifting frequencies related to the radio frequency signal represented in the frequency domain by the shift frequency.
