    摘要: An aisle enclosure system including ceiling bracket assemblies, ceiling panels, vertical blanking panels, aisle duct adaptors, and accessory rails, for use with equipment racks and ceiling structures in hot-aisle and cold-aisle data centers. The ceiling assemblies may be mounted to the tops of the racks or may be suspended from an area above the racks. The aisle enclosure system further includes a moveable structure that is configured and adapted to position a ceiling panel in an closed position when the moveable structure is in a first position, and position the ceiling panel in an open position when the moveable structure is in a second position, where the moveable structure is configured and adapted to move from the first position to a second position in response to an alarm condition.

    摘要: A frame for use with cabinets and enclosures that house electronic equipment to prevent warm air from entering into, and cool air from exiting out of, the cabinet through gaps between the structural members of the cabinet. The frame is a singular piece of material that replaces, and provides the functions of, both vertical and horizontal structural members, and may also include EIA-standard mounting holes. The top and bottom of the frame's interior may be concave to direct cooling air into, or heated air out of, the cabinet. Alternatively, a pair of angled vertical rails may be mounted to the vertical structural members of the cabinet to block the air gaps.

    摘要: Cable grommets for use with raised-floor tiles permit the passage of cables while simultaneously limiting the amount of cool air escaping from under-floor ducts and plenums. The cable grommet includes a floor tile mounting flange, one or more pairs of opposed, overlapping finger assemblies, and one or more pairs of opposed finger mounting flanges for coupling the finger assemblies to the underside of the floor tile mounting flange. The edges of the of the triangularly-shaped fingers are configured to flex around the cables while the interior core section remains generally rigid and parallel to the plane of the floor to restrict the loss of cooling air. Alternatively, the cable grommet includes a floor tile mounting flange and a finger panel defining a sinusoidal cut along its length and a plurality of intersecting short cuts.

    摘要: Horizontally-mounted rail tracks are adjustably coupled to vertical rack mount rails with slidable connectors. The rail tracks are configured to contain the connectors while allowing the connectors to traverse the length of the rail track. The connectors are coupled to the rails via a threaded stud that projects through an opening in the rail, and a pair of support tabs that protrude through slots in the rail. The rail tracks comprise positioning slots that are visible through windows on the rails. The connectors include an indicator band in a color that contrasts with the color of the rail track, such that the indicator band is visible through one the positioning slots, to enable the user to vertically align both ends of the rails with respect to the tracks. The rails are coupled to the rail tracks via index tabs that engage index slots on the rail tracks, and the rails are locked into place with threaded female connectors.

The adjustable blanking panels include a generally rectangular base frame that defines opposing left and right side channels, and a generally rectangular shield that is adapted to be inserted into the side channels and slide relative to the base frame, to adjust the height of the panel to the size of the vacant section. The adjustable blanking panel may further include a lip that may be used to raise or lower the shield.
