摘要： This invention relates to a side airbag device stored inside a vehicle seat and fixed to a side frame. The device includes an airbag that expands and deploys to restrict an occupant; an inflator that supplies expansion gas to the airbag; and a bracket connected to the side frame that holds the airbag and the inflator. The airbag includes a prepush chamber having an inflator stored therein and mainly deploys inside of the side frame; and a main chamber connected to the prepush chamber and mainly deploys forward of the side frame. The bracket includes a first surface oriented in the forward direction of the vehicle; and a second surface oriented to the inside of the seat in the width direction of the vehicle. When the airbag is stored by being folded and/or rolled, at least the main chamber is disposed on the first surface of the bracket.

摘要： A frame side plate part of a frame member of a seat along a side surface of a backrest; and a bracket attached to the frame side plate part in a condition where an airbag cushion and an inflator are secured. The frame side plate part has a notch region where a predetermined range of a front edge is cut out The bracket has: a base part which is fitted into the notch region of the frame side plate part and to which the airbag cushion and the inflator are secured; and a reaction force plate bent from a front side of the base part and extends to one side in a vehicle width direction. Guide grooves are formed on an upper edge and lower edge of the notch region, and the base part can be inserted into the notch region from the front along the guide grooves.

摘要： The present invention is a side airbag device stowed in a seatback of a vehicle seat, comprising: an inflator arranged on the occupant side of a side frame which is positioned on a side part inside the seatback, that generates expansion gas, and an airbag which expands due to said expansion gas and protects the occupant seated in the vehicle seat. The airbag includes a main chamber that deploys toward the front of the seatback, and a pre-chamber that houses the inflator inside and is connected to the occupant side of the main chamber. Furthermore, an integral joint without gaps is formed by sewing between at least the front edge part of the pre-chamber and the main chamber.

摘要： A side airbag device that is stowed inside a vehicle seat and protects an occupant seated in the seat, including an airbag that restrains the occupant by expanding and deploying, and an inflator that supplies expansion gas to the airbag. The airbag includes a pre-push chamber that contains the inflator inside and deploys mainly on the occupant side (inside), and a main chamber that is connected to the pre-push chamber and deploys mainly toward the front of the vehicle. When the airbag is in the stowed state, the pre-push chamber forms the first folded part and the main chamber forms the second folded part. At the portion where the first folded part and the second folded part overlap, a sewn part joins the first folded part and at least a portion of the pre-chamber, and the sewn part is configured to break during deployment of the airbag.

[Resolution Means]
A side airbag device is provided with: an airbag disposed inside a side supporting part of a seat, that restrains an occupant by expanding and deploying in the event of a vehicle collision; and an inflator that supplies an expansion gas to the airbag. Furthermore, the airbag is folded and stored in the side supporting part in an extended condition such that the vertical direction is the longitudinal direction. Furthermore, a lower part of the airbag in the stored condition is folded a plurality of times in the longitudinal direction to form a lower compressed part.
