Abstract: A system, computer program product, and computer-implemented method for communication channel integration are provided. The system is configured to generate a user profile comprising one or more accounts and interactions associated with a user, wherein the user profile is accessible by the user over a first communication channel in an interface of a user application; monitor the user profile; based on monitoring the user profile and user interactions, determine an actionable event associated with the user; identify a second communication channel associated with the actionable event; and in response to determining the actionable event and identifying the second communication channel, automatically integrate the second communication channel into the first communication channel thereby creating a merged communication channel in the interface of the user application.

The system comprising: a memory device with computer-readable program code stored thereon; a communication device connected to a network; and at least one processing device, wherein the at least one processing device is configured to execute the computer-readable program code to: generate a user data collection comprising one or more accounts and interactions associated with a first user, wherein the user data collection is accessible by the first user over a first communication channel; monitor the user data collection; based on monitoring the user data collection and user interactions, determine an actionable event associated with the first user; identify a second communication channel associated with a second user and associated with the actionable event; and in response to determining the actionable event, automatically integrate the second communication channel into the first communication channel thereby creating a merged communication channel.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer program products are provided for providing a financial health indicator based on the user's credit report score and the user's budget indicator. Implemented in conjunction with a budget tracking system, the invention may provide financial health indicators indicating both short-term budget impact and long-term budget impact. In addition, certain embodiments provide for recognizing recurring expenditures and automatically providing the user with the budget impact of such recurring expenditures as a financial health indicator.
