    Abstract: Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for a cloud-based virtual private secured contained communication portal. The present disclosure is configured to receive a request from a user device to connect to one or more entity representatives; analyze the request to determine a device identifier and customer identification number; access an entity database and retrieve resource transfer history data and resource account data for the customer identification number; generate, near-real-time, a virtual private network (VPN) configuration for the user device; and generate a secure application programming interface (API) call from the user device to one or more entity cloud services based on information contained in the request to form an operable connection between the user device and the one or more entity representatives.

    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to an NFT segmentation platform. The NFT segmentation platform may train an auto-segmentation model to generate tier scores corresponding to non-fungible tokens (NFTs). The NFT segmentation platform may compare the tier scores to tier thresholds defining threshold ranges. The NFT segmentation platform may automatically store the NFTs based on storage rules corresponding to the threshold ranges. The NFT segmentation platform may modify the storage location of the NFT based on changes in the tier score. The NFT segmentation platform may train an NFT validation model to generate NFT validation ratings for NFTs. The NFT segmentation platform may compare the NFT validation ratings to threshold values to determine whether or not to execute an event processing request. The NFT segmentation platform may create an iterative feedback loops to update the auto-segmentation model and the NFT validation model.

    Abstract: Systems for contactless authentication and event processing are provided. In some examples, a user may request processing of an event. The user may provide user identifying or event identifying information that may be transmitted to contactless processing computing platform. Based on the user identifying information, additional user data may be retrieved. An interactive authentication request may be generated and transmitted to the user computing device. The interactive authentication request may include a request for one or more types of authentication data. The user may input authentication response data into the user computing device, which may then be transmitted to the contactless processing computing platform for evaluation. The authentication response data may be evaluated to determine whether it includes a trigger, whether it matches pre-stored authentication data, and the like. In response, one or more authentication outputs may be generated and/or the requested event may be processed or denied.

    Abstract: A system includes first and second subsystems and a third processor. The first subsystem includes a first memory and a first processor. The first memory stores data, which includes metadata associated with transmitted metadata fields. The first processor transmits the data to the second subsystem. The second subsystem includes a second memory and a second processor. The second memory stores expected metadata fields. The second processor receives the data. The third processor determines that the first subsystem transmitted the data to the second subsystem and that a mismatch exists between the transmitted and expected metadata fields. In response, the third processor prevents the second subsystem from executing an application configured to process the data using the expected metadata fields. The third processor resolves the mismatch by modifying the expected metadata fields such that they correspond to the transmitted metadata fields and allows the second subsystem to execute the application.

The present invention identifies user errors in real time based on user selections in an extended reality (XR) environment.
