Abstract: A composition for cleaning a surface and an article including a substrate and the composition for cleaning the surface are provided herein. The composition comprises a biocide, a first alcohol alkoxylate, an alkyl polyglycoside, a supplemental alcohol alkoxylate, and water. The composition is substantially free of organic solvents and has a cleaning performance of from 30% to 70% as determined in accordance with the Federal Test method Std. No. 536A/GEN, “Soap and Soap-Products (Including Synthetic Detergent)”.
