Abstract: Graft polymers are obtained by graft polymerization of 8 to 90% by weight of a mixture consisting of 10 to 70% by weight of (meth)acrylonitrile, 20 to 60% by weight of at least one aromatic vinyl compound, 5 to 60% by weight of at least one monoolefin and optionally further monomers on 92 to 10% by weight of polyethylene in the presence of a polymerization catalyst in homogeneous or heterogeneous phase at temperatures of from -20*C to 250*C and under pressure of up to 500 atm.
