Light emitted by the light source assembly enters a display panel through the optical film layer; and through grooves are on at least one long side and at least one short side of the optical film layer and penetrate through the optical film layer in a direction perpendicular to a plane of a light outgoing surface of the display panel. The display module further includes an intermediate frame including an intermediate frame body surrounding the backlight assembly and a first extension between the display panel and the optical film layer; and second protrusions on a surface opposite to the through grooves and correspondingly in the through grooves.

In light-emitting groups electrically connected to adapter units of the same adapter circuit, light-emitting groups electrically connected second electrode pairs in a same group are connected in series to form a dimming region.
