Abstract: A light emitting device includes: a first electrode; a second electrode disposed opposite to the first electrode; and multiple emission layers stacked between the first electrode and the second electrode. The emission layers include at least one first emission layer and at least one second emission layer. The first emission layer includes a first luminescent material, and is configured to emit a first light when driven by a current or voltage; the second emission layer includes a second luminescent material, and is configured to emit a second light when driven by the current or voltage; a luminous efficiency of the first luminescent material is greater than that of the second luminescent material; and a luminance conversion rate when performing optical excitation on color conversion materials by the first light is smaller than that when performing optical excitation on the color conversion materials by the second light.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a packaging method, a display panel, and a display device. The packaging method includes forming a glass adhesive on a packaging area of an OLED array substrate or on a packaging cover plate, aligning the packaging cover plate with the OLED array substrate, and applying, from a side of the packaging cover plate facing away from the OLED array substrate a laser to the glass adhesive, to sinter the glass adhesive, wherein the packaging method further includes forming a barrier layer on the packaging cover plate, the barrier layer being configured to block the laser from irradiating an OLED device on the OLED array substrate when the laser irradiates the glass adhesive.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an electroluminescent device and a method for preparing the same, a display panel and a display device. The electroluminescent device includes a light emitting layer, a cathode layer, and an electron transport layer arranged between the light emitting layer and the cathode layer. The electron transport layer includes at least a first electron transport material and a second electron transport material that have different LUMO energy levels, and a ratio EM1/EM2 of the weight content of the first electron transport material to that of the second electron transport material decreases in a direction from a surface thereof proximate to the cathode layer to a surface thereof proximate to the light emitting layer. The electroluminescent device of the present disclosure can improve its efficiency and lifetime.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an organic light-emitting diode device, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device. The organic light-emitting diode device comprises: a substrate (100); an organic light-emitting diode layer (200) on a side of the substrate (100); and a barrier layer (510) configured to block ultraviolet rays from entering the organic light-emitting diode layer, wherein the barrier layer is on a side of the organic light-emitting diode layer away from the substrate or on a side of the organic light-emitting diode layer close to the substrate. The organic light-emitting diode device can solve the technical problem of short service life due to the influence of ultraviolet rays in the sunlight.
