Abstract: A pixel arrangement structure may include a plurality of repeating units (100). Each of the plurality of the repeating units (100) may include a first sub-pixel (01) being at a center point of a virtual hexagon and second sub-pixels (02) and third sub-pixels (03) being alternately arranged at vertices of the virtual hexagon. Virtual hexagons of adjacent repeating units may share one common side as well as two sub-pixels on the common side.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a mask plate assembly, a method for fabricating an electroluminescent layer, a display panel and a method for driving the same. The mask plate assembly includes a first color mask plate, a second color mask plate, and a third color mask plate each having a plurality of rectangular openings. First openings of the first color mask plate and second openings of the second color mask plate are of a length in a row direction, which is substantially twice as that of third openings of the third color mask plate in the row direction. When the respective mask plates are aligned with one another, the first openings, the second openings, and the third openings are arranged alternately in an order of a first opening, a third opening, a second opening, and another third opening.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display device, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display apparatus containing the OLED display device. A pattern of an anode layer is formed over a base substrate. A graphene oxide layer is formed over the pattern of the anode layer by an electroplating process. The graphene oxide layer is used as an auxiliary layer or is used as at least one of a hole injection layer and a hole transport layer in the OLED display device. Since the graphene oxide material has high work function, the hole injection barrier may be reduced and to the hole injection and hole transport capability of the OLED display device may be enhanced to improve light emitting performance of the OLED display device.

The display panel can ensure the uniformity of the display luminance of the whole display panel.

Abstract: Disclosed are a light-emitting device, a display panel, and a driving method of the light-emitting device. Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an organic light-emitting diode device, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device. The organic light-emitting diode device comprises: a substrate (100); an organic light-emitting diode layer (200) on a side of the substrate (100); and a barrier layer (510) configured to block ultraviolet rays from entering the organic light-emitting diode layer, wherein the barrier layer is on a side of the organic light-emitting diode layer away from the substrate or on a side of the organic light-emitting diode layer close to the substrate. The organic light-emitting diode device can solve the technical problem of short service life due to the influence of ultraviolet rays in the sunlight.

A material of the cathode is at least one of a metal and a metal alloy. The light emitted from the organic function layer exits at least through the cathode. The organic light emitting diode device further includes an anti-reflective layer on a side of the cathode that faces away from the organic function layer. The anti-reflective layer includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other. The first surface contacts the cathode. External light reflected by the first surface and external light reflected by the second surface interfere destructively.
