Abstract: A display panel, a method for manufacturing a display panel, and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a first substrate and a second substrate disposed opposite to each other. The first substrate is provided with a first common electrode and a pixel electrode disposed in different layers, and the first common electrode is closer to the second substrate comparing with the pixel electrode. The second substrate is provided with a second common electrode, and the second electrode is electrically connected to the first common electrode. An orthographic projection of the second common electrode on the first substrate has an overlapping area with data lines on the first substrate, and an orthographic projection of the first common electrode on the first substrate has no overlapping area with the data lines.
