摘要: The present disclosure provides a backlight substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The backlight substrate includes: a base substrate; a plurality of first light emitting elements on the base substrate and configured to emit first light; a plurality of second light emitting elements on the base substrate and configured to emit second light having a different wavelength from the first light; a plurality of depth sensors on the base substrate and configured to receive the second light emitted from the plurality of second light emitting elements and reflected by an object and determine depth information of the object based on the received second light; and a diffusion layer in direct contact with light emitting surfaces of the plurality of first light emitting elements and configured to diffuse the first light emitted from the plurality of first light emitting elements.

摘要: A light detection circuit, an electronic device, and an optical recognition method are provided. The light detection circuit includes a charge storage sub-circuit (10), a photoelectric conversion sub-circuit (30), a signal collection sub-circuit (40), and a potential pull-up sub-circuit (50). When a potential of a reading node (A) is decreased by a preset value, the potential pull-up sub-circuit (50) changes the potential of the reading node (A) to an initial potential. A photoelectric diode may continuously generate a light current under the action of light, so that the potential of the reading node (A) is decreased again. Even when the intensity of ambient light is high, a touch can be accurately recognized in an optical touch recognition circuit, and ridge lines and valley lines can be accurately recognized in an optical fingerprint recognition circuit.

摘要: A display panel includes a display layer, a photosensitive layer and an infrared mask. The display layer is configured to display an image, the display layer has light-transmitting portions, and the light-transmitting portions are configured to transmit infrared light. The photosensitive layer is disposed on a side of the display layer. The infrared mask is disposed on a side of the photosensitive layer proximate to the display layer, the infrared mask has hollowed-out regions, the hollowed-out regions are configured to make the infrared mask have a preset pattern, and a region in the infrared mask except the hollowed-out regions is configured to prevent transmission of the infrared light. The photosensitive layer is configured to receive infrared light passing though the hollowed-out regions and the light-transmitting portions, and convert the infrared light into an image signal.

摘要: A microfluidic system includes a liquid drop accommodation space, an array of photosensitivity detection circuits and an array of driving circuits between an upper substrate and a lower substrate. Each photosensitivity detection circuit includes a photosensitive transistor and a first gating transistor. The photosensitive transistor has a gate electrode coupled to a first scan signal line, a source electrode coupled to a first power supply voltage signal line, and a drain electrode coupled to a source electrode of the first gating transistor. The first gating transistor has a gate electrode coupled to a second scan signal line, and a drain electrode coupled to a read signal line. Each driving circuit includes a driving transistor and a driving electrode. The driving transistor has a gate electrode coupled to a third scan signal line, a source electrode coupled to a data signal line, and a drain electrode coupled to the driving electrode.

摘要: A display panel has a light-exit side and a non-light-exit side opposite to the light-exit side. A direction pointing to the non-light-exit side from the light-exit side is a first direction. In the first direction, the display panel includes a coded aperture mask layer and an optical sensing layer. The coded aperture mask layer includes a plurality of first light-transmission portions and a plurality of first light-shielding portions. The coded aperture mask layer is configured to form at least one part of a coded aperture array. The optical sensing layer includes a plurality of optical sensors. The optical sensing layer is configured to receive texture recognition light passed through the coded aperture array and convert optical signals of the texture recognition light into electrical signals. The texture recognition light is light carrying information about a texture to be recognized.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a fingerprint detection device and method. The fingerprint detection device includes a detection substrate and a signal converter. The detection substrate includes pixels arranged in rows and columns. Each pixel includes a sensing circuit configured to receive an optical signal and output a sensing electrical signal according to the received optical signal. The signal converter includes A/D converters each coupled to one column of sensing circuits. The fingerprint detection device further includes a control circuit coupled to the sensing circuits and the A/D converters and configured to obtain common mode component of sensing electrical signals output by sensing circuits of at least part of the pixels and provide information about the common mode component to the A/D converters. The A/D converter is configured to perform analog-to-digital conversion on difference between the sensing electrical signal from corresponding sensing circuit and the common mode signal.
