摘要: The present disclosure provides a micro-fluidic substrate, a micro-fluidic structure and a driving method thereof. The micro-fluidic substrate of the preset disclosure includes a substrate, and a plurality of driving electrodes on the substrate and configured to drive a droplet to move, the plurality of driving electrodes being in a same layer with a gap space between adjacent driving electrodes. The micro-fluidic substrate further includes: at least one auxiliary electrode on the substrate and configured to drive the droplet to move, an orthographic projection of the auxiliary electrode on the substrate at least partially overlapping with an orthographic projection of the gap space on the substrate, and the auxiliary electrode and the driving electrodes being in different layers.

摘要: A piezoelectric sensor, a manufacturing method thereof and an electronic device are provided. The piezoelectric sensor includes a substrate, an active layer, the active layer being disposed at a side of the substrate: a first electrode, the first electrode being disposed at a side of the active laver a wav from the substrate, and the first electrode including a plurality of sub-electrodes disposed at intervals: a piezoelectric layer, the piezoelectric layer being disposed at a side of the first electrode away from the active layer; and a second electrode, the second electrode being disposed at a side of the piezoelectric layer away from the first electrode. The active layer is configured to be capable of switching between an insulating state and a conducting state, and in the conducting state the active layer is capable of conducting the plurality of sub-electrodes.

The display apparatus includes: a self-luminous display module, a fingerprint identification module below the self-luminous display module, at least two light shield layers between the self-luminous display module and the fingerprint identification module, and a planarization layer correspondingly arranged on one side, facing the self-luminous display module, of each light shield layer. Each light shield layer includes a plurality of mutually-independent openings; openings of one of the at least two light shield layers and openings of another of the at least two light shield layers overlap in a direction perpendicular to the fingerprint identification module; the planarization layer between two adjacent light shield layers includes a groove; and the groove and the openings do not overlap in the direction perpendicular to the fingerprint identification module, and a light blocking part is arranged in the groove.

摘要: A display panel has a light-exit side and a non-light-exit side opposite to the light-exit side. A direction pointing to the non-light-exit side from the light-exit side is a first direction. In the first direction, the display panel includes a coded aperture mask layer and an optical sensing layer. The coded aperture mask layer includes a plurality of first light-transmission portions and a plurality of first light-shielding portions. The coded aperture mask layer is configured to form at least one part of a coded aperture array. The optical sensing layer includes a plurality of optical sensors. The optical sensing layer is configured to receive texture recognition light passed through the coded aperture array and convert optical signals of the texture recognition light into electrical signals. The texture recognition light is light carrying information about a texture to be recognized.
