摘要: A display substrate includes: a flexible light-transmitting substrate; a light-shielding layer disposed on a side of the flexible light-transmitting substrate; and a plurality of sub-pixels disposed on a side of the light-shielding layer away from the flexible light-transmitting substrate. The side of the flexible light-transmitting substrate has grooves. The light-shielding layer includes a plurality of light-shielding patterns, and a light-shielding pattern is located in a groove. The light-shielding pattern includes a first sub-light-shielding pattern covering a side wall of the groove and a second sub-light-shielding pattern covering a bottom surface of the groove. Each sub-pixel includes a pixel driving to circuit including a plurality of transistors. An active layer of a transistor is located in the groove. Relative to the flexible light-transmitting substrate, a surface of the active layer proximate to the flexible light-transmitting substrate is lower than a surface of the first sub-light-shielding pattern away from the flexible light-transmitting substrate.

摘要: Disclosed are a display substrate, a preparation method therefor, and a display device. The display substrate includes a display region and a binding region on one side of the display region. The binding region includes a binding structure layer disposed on a base. The binding structure layer includes a composite insulating layer disposed on the base. The binding region further includes a step structure formed by the base and the composite insulating layer. Heights of steps in the step structure decrease sequentially in the direction away from the display region. In the step structure, the base forms a first step having the smallest height. The binding structure layer further includes a signal connection wire having at least a portion thereof the disposed on the step structure and located on the first step. An opening exposing the signal connection wire is provided on the base at the first step.

摘要: Provided are a display panel, a display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The display panel includes a display substrate and a color film functional layer located on a light exit side of the display substrate. The display substrate includes a base substrate, a pixel circuit disposed on the base substrate, a light-emitting element layer, and a planarization layer. The light-emitting element layer includes a pixel defining layer, and pixel openings for defining pixel units are formed in the pixel defining layer. The color film functional layer includes a planarization transparent base layer disposed on a surface away from the display substrate, and a plurality of accommodating grooves in different depths are formed in the planarization transparent base layer. Color filter blocks are arranged in the accommodating grooves, and orthographic projections of the color filter blocks on the display substrate cover the pixel openings of the display substrate.

摘要: The present application provides display substrates and their manufacturing methods, and display devices. A display substrate includes a base substrate, an encapsulation layer, a filter layer and optical film layers. The encapsulation layer is located on the base substrate. The filter layer is located in the encapsulation layer. The filter layer includes black matrixes. The black matrixes include black matrix openings. The optical film layers are located on a side of the encapsulation layer away from the base substrate. The optical film layers are configured to transmit part of incident light and absorb part of the incident light. A light transmittance of the optical film layers is larger than that of the black matrixes. The optical film layers include optical film layer openings. Projections of the optical film layer openings on the base substrate are located within projections of the black matrix openings on the base substrate.
