摘要: This disclosure provides an apparatus, method and system for monitoring respiratory state. The apparatus includes an airflow sensor configured to monitor an exhalation flow of a subject, and a controller configured to determine whether the subject is experiencing an apnea according to the monitored exhalation flow and issue an alarm signal in response to determining that the subject is experiencing an apnea. Thereby, health problems caused by apnea are avoided.

摘要: A pixel circuit and driving method thereof, a display substrate and a display device are disclosed. The pixel circuit includes a light-emitting element, a drive element, a first switch element, a reset circuit and a compensating circuit. The drive element is connected to the light-emitting element and configured to drive the light-emitting element to emit light; the first switch circuit is configured to apply a data voltage to the drive element under control of a scan signal; the reset circuit is electrically connected to the compensating circuit, and configured to apply a reset signal to the compensating circuit under control of the scan signal; the compensating circuit is configured to compensate the drive element, so as to allow a signal output from the drive element to be relevant with the data voltage and the reset voltage and to be irrelative to threshold characteristic of the drive element.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a pixel compensation circuit and a method of driving the same, a display panel, and a display device. A pixel compensation circuit includes: a control sub-circuit, a write sub-circuit, a driving sub-circuit, and a light emitting sub-circuit, wherein the write sub-circuit is configured to, under the control of a scan signal terminal, transmit a data signal at a data signal terminal to the control sub-circuit and transmit a signal at a reference voltage signal terminal to the control sub-circuit; the control sub-circuit is configured to, under the control of a power control signal terminal, transmit a signal at a first power terminal to the driving sub-circuit, and under the combined action of a conduction control signal terminal and the power control signal terminal, control the driving sub-circuit to perform threshold compensation, and control the driving sub-circuit to generate a driving current to drive the light emitting sub-circuit to emit light.

摘要: A pixel driving circuit and a driving method therefor are provided. The pixel driving circuit includes a turn-on voltage acquiring device, a compensation device, a light-emitting controller, a data writing device, a driving transistor and a light emitting device. The turn-on voltage acquiring device acquires a turn-on voltage of the light emitting device and generates a compensation signal according to the turn-on voltage; the data writing device provides a data voltage to the gate of the driving transistor; the light-emitting controller provides a first operating voltage to a first electrode of the driving transistor; and the compensation device generates a control signal according to the compensation signal, the data voltage and the threshold voltage of the driving transistor and provides the control signal to the gate of the driving transistor; the driving transistor outputs a driving current to the light emitting device.

摘要: An array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, a display panel and a driving method thereof, and a display device are provided in the present disclosure, in the field of displays. The array substrate includes a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of data lines, and a plurality of pixel units defined by the gate lines and the data lines in cross arrangement. The plurality of pixel units are arranged in an array. Each of the pixel units includes a thin film transistor. Each row of pixel units are connected to one corresponding gate line. Each row of pixel units comprise a plurality of pixel unit groups. Each pixel unit group comprises two pixel units of adjacent columns that are connected to one data line. Thin film transistors of the two pixel units in the pixel unit group are transistors of different types. When the array substrate reduces the number of the date lines by a half, there is no need to design two gate lines for one row of pixel units. Thus the number of the gate lines is reduced, and an aperture opening ratio of the TFT-LCD increases.
