摘要: An array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are provided. The array substrate includes: a base substrate; a first electrode located on the base substrate and including a pad portion, the pad portion including a first surface and a second surface, the second surface being closer to the base substrate than the first surface; a first insulation layer located on the first electrode and including a first via hole; a second insulation layer located on the first insulation layer and including a second via hole; and a second electrode located on the second insulation layer; the second electrode is electrically connected with the first electrode at the pad portion through the first via hole and the second via hole, and an orthographic projection of the pad portion on the base substrate falls within an orthographic projection of the second via hole on the base substrate.

摘要: An array substrate, a display panel and a display device are provided. The array substrate includes a base substrate, and a metal connecting member, a first insulating layer, a signal line, a second insulating layer and a first electrode which are disposed on the base substrate in this order. The first insulating layer is located between the metal connecting member and the signal line, and the second insulating layer is located between the signal line and the common electrode. A material of the metal connecting member is different from a material of the signal line. The signal line is electrically connected to the first electrode through the metal connecting member. A contact resistance between the material of the metal connecting member and a material of the first electrode is smaller than a contact resistance between the material of the signal line and the material of the first electrode.

摘要: The present application provides a thin film transistor, an array substrate, a display device and a method of fabricating a thin film transistor. According to embodiments of the present application, the thin film transistor includes: a substrate; a first source/drain electrode on the substrate; an active layer at a side of the first source/drain electrode facing away from the substrate; and a second source/drain electrode at a side of the active layer facing away from the first source/drain electrode. The first source/drain electrode and the second source/drain electrode are electrically connected to the active layer independently.

摘要: A display panel is provided in the embodiments of the disclosure, including an array substrate, an opposing substrate, and a liquid crystal layer provided between the array substrate and the opposing substrate. The array substrate comprises a plurality of data lines, a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of pixel units distributed in an array, and the opposing substrate comprises a base substrate, a common electrode layer provided on one side of the base substrate facing towards the liquid crystal layer and a first touch electrode provided on the other side of the base substrate facing away from the liquid crystal layer. The common electrode layer comprises a plurality of second touch electrodes in a form of strips, each of the second touch electrodes overlaps or coincides with a projection of at least one row of the pixel units on the opposing substrate, a gap region being formed between each pair of neighboring second touch electrodes and a slot structure being provided within each of the second touch electrodes.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a touch display substrate and manufacturing method thereof. The method includes forming a touch signal line on a base substrate through patterning process; depositing a photoresist layer, and forming a first thickness photoresist layer, a second thickness photoresist layer and a photoresist layer opening area through patterning process, the touch signal line being located in the photoresist layer opening area; depositing a first insulating layer on the photoresist layer, the first insulating layer comprising a first area and a second area, wherein the first area is located on the first thickness photoresist layer, the second area is located on the second thickness photoresist layer and the photoresist layer opening area, the first area and the second area of the first insulating layer are disconnected; removing the photoresist layer and the first insulating layer located on the photoresist layer; and depositing a second insulating layer.

摘要: An array substrate, a display panel and a display device are provided.
