    Abstract: A chip on film includes: a flexible substrate; and a multilayer wiring structure disposed on the flexible substrate. The multilayer wiring structure includes a first wiring layer, a first insulation layer and a second wiring layer, which are sequentially arranged in a direction towards the flexible substrate the flexible substrate. The first wiring layer includes a first conductive material and the second wiring layer includes a second conductive material. The chip on film further includes: pins, at least part of which are in the first wiring layer; first via holes in the first insulation layer; and a second wire and a second wire leading portion in the second wiring layer, which are electrically connected to each other. More than one pin is electrically connected to the second wire leading portion through more than one first via hole, respectively.

    Abstract: A grating regulating device includes: a first substrate, a conductive layer, a dielectric layer and a second substrate arranged in stack, the conductive layer includes a wiring layer, a first insulating layer and a first electrode layer arranged in stack, the wiring layer includes a plurality of driving lines, and the first electrode layer includes a plurality of sub-electrodes arranged in a first direction. The driving lines are for transmitting a driving signal to the sub-electrodes, and the sub-electrodes are for, by the effect of the driving signal, driving corresponding positions of the dielectric layer to be light-transmitting or opaque. The grating regulating device includes a grating region including a plurality of common-signal units, each of the common-signal units includes at least one grating unit, the grating unit includes a plurality of sub-electrodes, and the plurality of sub-electrodes located in the same grating unit are connected to different driving lines.
