摘要: A substrate includes a pixel array region and a display panel are provided. The pixel array region includes: a base substrate; a light shielding region disposed on the base substrate; and at least one fingerprint sensor pattern disposed in the light shielding region. The fingerprint sensor pattern includes: a driving electrode pattern and a sensing electrode pattern, wherein the driving electrode pattern is configured for providing a driving signal of fingerprint identification, the sensing electrode pattern is configured for receiving a sensing signal of fingerprint identification, and the driving electrode pattern and the sensing electrode pattern are electrically insulated from each other.

摘要: A substrate and a display panel are disclosed. The substrate includes a pixel array region, wherein the pixel array region comprises: a base substrate; a light shielding region disposed on the base substrate; and at least one fingerprint sensor pattern disposed in the light shielding region. The fingerprint sensor pattern includes: a driving electrode pattern and a sensing electrode pattern, wherein the driving electrode pattern is configured for providing a driving signal of fingerprint identification, the sensing electrode pattern is configured for receiving a sensing signal of fingerprint identification, and the driving electrode pattern and the sensing electrode pattern are electrically insulated from each other. The substrate can realize an identification of a sliding fingerprint in a display region of a display, thus decreasing fabrication costs, furthermore improving a display effect and user experience since there is no need to design openings in a non-display region.

Two adjacent rows of sub-pixels are taken as a row group, and the row group is provided with a first sub row group and a second sub row group that are arranged in a column direction; a gate electrode of a first transistor in the first sub row group is electrically connected to a first gate line; a gate electrode of a second transistor in the second sub row group is electrically connected to a second gate line; two adjacent sub-pixels in the column direction share one third transistor, and a gate electrode of the third transistor in the row group is electrically connected to a third gate line; and the first transistor and the second transistor in one column of sub-pixels are electrically connected to a data line by means of the shared third transistor.

摘要: The present application provides an adjustable radio frequency unit, a filter, and an electronic device. The adjustable radio frequency unit includes a first tunable dielectric layer and a second tunable dielectric layer; a first conductive layer located between the first tunable dielectric layer and the second tunable dielectric layer; a second conductive layer located on the side, away from the first conductive layer, of the first tunable dielectric layer; and a third conductive layer located on the side, away from the first conductive layer, of the second tunable dielectric layer; wherein orthographic projections of the first conductive layer, the second conductive layer and the third conductive layer on the first tunable dielectric layer at least partially overlap with one another. The adjustable radio frequency unit has the characteristic of passband adjustability and with high adjustment precision, good controllability, wide working frequency range, and low loss and cost.
