摘要： A diaphragm-type sensor comprising an integral one-piece diaphragm the central portion of which is a flat flexible disc and the outer portion of which consists of an annular peripheral rim portion and inwardly thereof an annular corrugated portion encircling the flat disc portion and consisting of a plurality of annular conical sections, the arrangement being such that displacements of the center of the diaphragm are linearly related to changes of a physical quantity which is nonlinearly related to variation of the summation of the forces acting on the face of the sensor diaphragm.
