Abstract: The invention relates to a watertight closing device (100, 200) for an aseptic container, comprising an external shell (10, 210) made up of a first protecting material, a nucleus (20, 220) made up of a second material suitable for being punched, and a tab (11, 211) equipped with a first free end (12, 212) and with a second end (13, 213) connected to the shell (10, 210).
The nucleus (20, 220) has a protruding element (21, 221) placed in correspondence with the connection area (14, 214), so that the protruding element (21, 221) is directly connected to the second end (13, 213) of the tab (11, 211).-

Abstract: The present invention relates to an opening and liquid supplying system (100) for pre-filled containers (10, 30) equipped with a supplying end, comprising a coupling element (20), connecting means (6) movable from a first position to a second position, and movable protection means (9); the coupling element (20) has an end (27) closed and suitable for being punched, and first guiding means (21) for guiding the movement of the connecting means (6) movable from the first position, close to the closed end (27), to the second position, apart from such end, and vice versa; the connecting means (6) have engaging means (7) for engaging with the protection means (9) so as to move integrally along a second degree of freedom, different than the first degree of freedom, and first matches (11) for the first guiding means (21).
The invention relates also to a respective pre-filled container equipped with such system and the method for realize them.-

Abstract: A closure system and method of forming containers comprising a closing element. The closing element is integrally sealable to the container at one of the openings to be closed, and a preferential separation zone between the container and the closing element, the closure system comprising a first guiding and/or coupling portion for guiding and controlling the movement of the closing element from a first blocking position, wherein the closing element is integral to the container, to a second unblocking position, wherein the closing element is separated from the container via the preferential separation zone. The closure system further includes a first thread on the insert and a second thread formed within the closing element.
