Abstract: A battery includes a housing and multiple electrode core assemblies disposed in the housing. Two adjacent electrode core assemblies are connected in series, each of the electrode core assemblies includes an encapsulation film and one electrode core, and the one electrode core is disposed in an accommodating cavity formed by the encapsulation film. Each of the electrode core assemblies includes a first electrode and a second electrode protruding out of the encapsulation film for leading out a current, a first electrode of a first electrode core assembly is connected to a second electrode of the a second electrode core assembly of the two adjacent electrode core assemblies, a gap between the two adjacent electrode core assemblies is filled with an insulating material to form an insulating spacer between the two adjacent electrode core assemblies, and a connection part of the two adjacent electrode core assemblies is arranged in the insulating spacer.

The metal member is connected to the housing to fix the insulating spacer with the housing.

The spacer includes an outer surface facing the housing. A first positioning portion is formed on the outer surface, A second positioning portion corresponding to the first positioning portion is formed on the inner surface of the housing and is coupled with the first positioning portion.
