摘要: Disclosed are a pixel circuit, a display panel and a display device. The pixel circuit includes driving circuits which are in one-to-one correspondence to data lines, each driving circuit being disposed in a peripheral area of a display panel; compensating circuits which are in one-to-one correspondence to gate lines, each compensating circuit being disposed in a peripheral area of the display panel; and light emitting devices. Each compensating circuit outputs a first reference signal or a second reference signal to the corresponding driving circuit. Each driving circuit drives a corresponding light emitting device to emit light through a signal from the corresponding compensating circuit and a data signal from the corresponding data line. The pixel circuit of the present disclosure can improve the aperture ratio of a pixel unit.

摘要: The disclosure provides a pixel circuit and a driving method thereof, a driving circuit, and a display device, which pertains to the field of pixel driving technology. The pixel circuit includes a capacitor, a capacitor charging transistor, a first and second capacitor discharging transistor. The capacitor is charged to a first voltage greater than the pixel voltage when the capacitor charging transistor is turned on. The capacitor is connected in series with the first and second capacitor discharging transistor to form a discharge circuit, and the capacitor is discharged when the first and second capacitor discharging transistor are turned on so that the voltage across the capacitor drops from the first voltage to the pixel voltage. There is no need to arrange a Gamma resistor for the driving circuit for the pixel circuit array provided by the disclosure, which makes the structure simple and the power consumption in driving low.

摘要: An optical touch substrate, an in-cell touch panel and a display device are disclosed. The optical touch substrate includes a base substrate, a light shielding matrix and a plurality of pixel regions defined by the light shielding matrix. The light shielding matrix includes a plurality of first optical touch electrodes and a plurality of second optical touch electrodes arranged to cross each other. The first optical touch electrodes are insulated from the second optical touch electrodes, and at least one optical touch electrode of the plurality of first optical touch electrodes and the plurality of second optical touch electrodes includes a photosensitive layer and a conductive layer provided in a stacked manner. A sensing signal on each optical touch electrode changes as an intensity of light irradiated to a corresponding photosensitive layer changes.

摘要: A pixel circuit includes a liquid crystal capacitor, a selection unit, a gray scale writing unit, and a reset unit. The selection unit is configured to determine whether to charge the liquid crystal capacitor according to a row control signal and a column control signal. The gray scale writing unit is configured to apply a gray scale voltage signal to the liquid crystal capacitor, when the selection unit determines to charge the liquid crystal capacitor, and an application duration of the gray scale voltage signal controls a gray scale level displayed by the liquid crystal capacitor. The reset unit is configured to disconnect the gray scale writing unit and the liquid crystal capacitor to stop charging the liquid crystal capacitor upon receiving the reset signal, and reset the voltage of the liquid crystal capacitor to an initial state.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a common voltage compensation circuit including a feedback signal input terminal and a compensation sub-circuit. The compensation sub-circuit is configured to generate a compensation voltage for compensating a common voltage according to a feedback signal from the feedback signal input terminal and a reference common voltage. The common voltage compensation circuit also includes a first filter sub-circuit, a first terminal of the first filter sub-circuit is electrically coupled to the feedback signal input terminal, and a second terminal of the first filter sub-circuit is electrically coupled to a first clock signal line. The feedback signal line arranged is adjacent to a second clock signal line, and a first clock signal in the first clock signal line and a second clock signal in the second clock signal line are inverted relative to each other. The present disclosure also provides a display driver and a display device.
