摘要: This disclosure provides a touch positioning method and apparatus. The touch positioning method includes: acquiring capacitance values and position coordinates of each first touch electrode and each second touch electrode in a touch screen; for the each second touch electrode, judging whether a capacitance value of the second touch electrode is greater than a first threshold; determining second touch electrodes as target second touch electrodes when judging that capacitance values of the second touch electrodes each is greater than the first threshold; and determining target touch position coordinates according to the capacitance values and position coordinates of the target second touch electrodes as well as capacitance values and position coordinates of first touch electrodes adjacent to the target second touch electrodes.

摘要: Disclosed in embodiments of the present disclosure are an analog-to-digital conversion circuit, an integrated chip, a display device, and an analog-to-digital conversion method. A first conversion circuit converts an original analog signal to obtain a digital signal of a first bit width; a voltage division circuit performs voltage division on a first-level analog signal to obtain a second-level analog signal, the first-level analog signal being an original analog signal or a second-level analog signal obtained by a previous voltage division circuit adjacent to the voltage division circuit; a second conversion circuit converts the received second-level analog signal according to a preset algorithm to obtain a second digital signal of a second bit width; and a control calculation circuit obtains a target digital signal of a third bit width according to the first digital signal and the second digital signal.

摘要: A display substrate includes a base substrate, a plurality of photosensitive transistor units, a plurality of photosensitive ESD protection units, and at least one common signal line. The base substrate includes a display region, a peripheral region located at a periphery of the display region, and a binding region located at a side of the display region. The plurality of photosensitive transistor units, the plurality of photosensitive ESD protection units and the at least one common signal line are located in the peripheral region. The plurality of photosensitive transistor units is connected with binding pins in the binding region through a plurality of signal lines. At least one photosensitive ESD protection unit is connected with, and located between, at least one signal line and the common signal line.
