    摘要: A piezoceramic multilayer actuator (10) has a plurality of piezoceramic layers (12) and a security layer (20) disposed between two piezoceramic layers (12). The piezoceramic layers (12) have a piezoceramic first material sintered at a sintering temperature. The security layer (20) has a second material (32) and particles (30) at least partially embedded in the second material (32). The particles (30) have a third material different from the first material and different from the second material (32). An adhesion between the third material and the first material is weaker than an adhesion between the second material (32) and the first material.

    摘要: A piezoceramic multilayer actuator (10) includes a plurality of green layers, wherein the green layers are to be converted to piezoceramic layers (12) with a piezoceramic material in a subsequent step of heating. A security layer material mixture with a second material (32) and particles (30) embedded in the second material (32) is provided, wherein the particles (30) have a third material different from the first material and different from the second material (32). The security layer material mixture is laminated between two piezoceramic layers (12), thereby forming a green stack. The green stack is heated to a sintering temperature, wherein the green layers are converted to the piezoceramic layers (12), and wherein a chemical reaction of the third material degrades the mechanical connection of the piezoceramic layers (12) by the security layer (20).

    摘要: A production method for a contact mat for electrical contacting of an actuator uses a contact mat roll including (a) a plurality of terminal posts spaced apart from each other and extending in a first direction and (b) a plurality of electrically-conductive wires extending parallel to each other in a second, perpendicular direction, such that each wire extends across the terminal posts. The method includes unwinding the contact mat roll; connecting the wires to a metallization strip of an actuator; separating the wires at a location between adjacent terminal posts in the mat, such that a contact mat, including a single terminal post and the wires extending from the metallization strip to the terminal post, is connected to the actuator; and winding a free end of the contact mat including the terminal post at least partially around the actuator and securing the terminal post in position.

    摘要: Provision is made of a method for producing a piezoelectric multilayer component (1), in which piezoelectric green sheets, at least one ply (21) containing an auxiliary material having a first and a second component and layers (20) containing electrode material are arranged one above another alternately and sintered, wherein, during the sintering, the first and second components of the auxiliary material chemically react, and the at least one ply (21) containing the auxiliary material is degraded. In addition, provision is made of a piezoelectric multilayer component (1) comprising a plurality of alternating layers of electrode material (20) and piezoelectric ceramic and at least one layer (21) of auxiliary material having a breaking load which is reduced compared to the other layers of electrode material, wherein, in addition to the first and second components, the auxiliary material comprises a fifth component, which, at the preferred sintering temperatures for the piezoelectric material, in particular at most 1050° C., at most has a negligible sintering activity and does not react with the piezoelectric material used. Finally, the use of ZrO2, BaTiO3 or a mixture thereof in the auxiliary material layer of a piezoelectric multilayer component for reducing the breaking stress is described.
