摘要： A locking tongue has a base part, a webbing slot in the base part and a locking cam. The locking cam is movable between a rest position and a clamping position. A biasing means biases the locking cam towards the rest position. The locking cam can assume the rest position in which the belt webbing can pass freely through the webbing slot, a clamping position in which the locking cam presses the belt webbing against the clamping edge of the webbing slot, the biasing means being able to return the locking cam from the clamping position into the rest position, and a locking position in which the locking cam locks the belt webbing in the webbing slot, the biasing means not being able to return the locking cam from the locking position towards the rest position.

The unlocking device (26) includes at least one fastening element (30) constituting an engaging connection with the casing, wherein the engaging connection prevents a movement of the unlocking device (26) in an unlocking direction of the locking member and the fastening element (30) has to be moved in a direction perpendicular to the unlocking direction for releasing the engaging connection.

The traction transfer device connects the belt buckle with the tensioner drive and displaces the belt buckle in a tensioning direction on activation of the tensioner drive. There is further provided at least one positive connection between the belt buckle unit and the tensioner drive, which in the non-activated state of the tensioner drive largely prevents at least one of a rotation and an axial displacement of the belt buckle unit with respect to the tensioner drive.

摘要： A belt tensioner, in particular a buckle tensioner, for a vehicle occupant restraint system having a belt, comprises a housing, a gas generator for generating compressed gas in the case of restraint, a working space into which the compressed gas flows, a piston part displaceable by the compressed gas and a belt engaging device. The belt engaging device is in force-transferring relationship with the fastened belt. The tensioner further comprises a traction transfer device extending through the working space, which traction transfer device connects the belt engaging device with the piston part, and a sheathing for the traction transfer device which at least partially covers the traction transfer device within the working space. The sheathing is of a material having a temperature stability with respect to the hot compressed gas.
