Abstract: Various embodiments of a mesh or implant systems are provided. The implants can include one or more anchors, arms and the like. The anchors can include hingeable or patterned finger extension to facilitate tissue penetration and retention. Various tensioning and adjustment mechanisms, devices and methods are further provided for the implant systems.
