摘要: Disclosure herein are knotless suture anchor constructs and methods of use thereof. The suture anchor constructs can include a bone anchor and a suture. The bone anchor can include a suture anchoring member and can define a cavity and a longitudinal passage extending from a trailing end of the bone anchor at least partially therethrough to the cavity. The suture anchoring member can be located in the cavity. The suture can be coupled to the suture anchoring member and can include a tensioning portion, a repair portion, and an intermediate portion. The intermediate portion can form a suture loop extending along the longitudinal passage.

摘要: A deployment device for a tissue repair system includes a front delivery assembly that is detachable from a base assembly of the deployment device. The front delivery assembly includes at least one prosthesis and at least one driven assembly that actuates the at least one prosthesis. The base assembly includes a driving assembly that may engage the at least one driven assembly of the at least one prosthesis. The front delivery assembly can be rotated so that the position of a prosthesis in the front delivery assembly is moved in and out of alignment with the driving assembly. A kit of parts may be provided that includes a base assembly as well as two or more detachable front delivery assemblies.

摘要: A joint implant device is presented. In embodiments, the device may include a central cylindrical anchor with a sharp distal end and a substantially flat proximal portion. In embodiments, the anchor may be provided with at least one longitudinally extending microtube, to convey at least one of blood and nutrients from the distal end to a proximal end. In embodiments, there may be a plurality of microtubes, each having an intake in the distal end and multiple outflows in the proximal portion. In some embodiments the device may include an eyelet through which a suture may be provided for additional fixation into a joint.

摘要: A leaflet restraint (20) includes a non-blood-occlusive net (30), which is configured to at least partially cover an atrial surface (32) of a single native cardiac leaflet (34) of a native atrioventricular valve (36) of a heart (38). Two or more tissue-penetrating annulus anchors (40) are fixed to an annular side (42) of the net (30), and are configured to be anchored to an annulus (44) of the native atrioventricular valve (36) along or within 1 cm of a portion of the annulus (44) to which the single native cardiac leaflet (34) attaches. A ventricular anchor (50) is configured to be anchored to a ventricle (54) of the heart (58) so as to anchor a ventricular end (52) of the net (30) to the ventricle (54). The leaflet restraint (20) is configured, when anchored in place at least partially covering the atrial surface (32) of the single native cardiac leaflet (34), to limit prolapse of the single native cardiac leaflet (34) into an atrium (56) of the heart (38). Other embodiments are also described.

摘要: Devices, systems and/or methods for repairing soft tissue adjacent a soft tissue repair site. In one embodiment, the repair device includes an anchor member having a base with at least four legs extending from the base. The base extends with a generally flat circular profile defining an upper surface and an underside surface with a central opening extending therethrough. Further, the at least four legs extend from the base with an elongated angled portion, the elongated angled portion being oriented at an angle less than seventy-five degrees relative to the underside surface of the base. With this arrangement, the anchor member may be fixated to soft tissue by rotating the base with a delivery tool so that the elongated angled portion of the at least four legs facilitates the anchor member sinking into the soft tissue and fixating thereto.
