    摘要： A napkin dispenser includes a housing 12 configured to receive a stack 35 of napkins disposed such that panels of the napkins are facing in a vertical direction and edges of the napkins are horizontally oriented along a front wall. The housing has a vertical slot 28 in the front wall thereof, the horizontal span 30 of the slot being sufficient to allow access to the napkins A dispensing control frame 32 is mounted in the slot for upward and downward motion along the front wall of the housing. The dispensing control frame has at least one and preferably a pair of support members 34, 36 configured to engage the napkin stack and limit downward motion of the control frame. The control frame also has a faceplate 38 disposed between the support members and extending across the vertical slot of the front wall defining an access height relative to the top of the stack in order to promote dispensing of a limited number of napkins.

When the equipment support supports a piece of equipment adjacent a bridge, and is pivotably attached to the ground, the user may stand on the ground, and move, pivot, and rotate the supports for moving the equipment from a distant, use position to an adjacent, non-use position above the ground for servicing.

    摘要： A quick release mechanism and headpiece for use with a respirator. The quick release mechanism uses an over center latch pivotly attached to a yoke to control the tension in a pair of upper tension cords. In the latched position the upper tension cords traverse the yoke and together with a pair of lower tension cords support and seal the respirator mask against the face of the wearer. In the unlatched position the upper tension cords loosely support the mask below the chin of the wearer in a parked position. The upper and lower tension cords are attached to a circular shaped headpiece having a crown piece fitting to the top of the head of the wearer and a base portion fitting to the back of the head of the wearer. The headpiece is advantageously comprised of multiple layers wherein the outer layer is comprised of a rigid material and the inner layer is comprised of a compliant material. The rigid layer provides necessary structure to headpiece and the inner layer provides compliance and comfort to the head of the wearer.

    摘要： Apparatus for dispensing a flowable substance, e.g., a fluid, has a housing with an indicating chamber, an outlet and two fluid paths from a container, one of the fluid paths to the indicating chamber and the other fluid path to the outlet. The indicating chamber may have indicia identifying, in real time, an amount of fluid that has flowed through the outlet. A shroud-cap may close the outlet and obscure the indicating chamber. Each fluid path includes a respective metered inlet. All the metered inlets are substantially identical in size and shape. Some disclosed shapes reduce surface tension for more accurate readings. A snorkel tube may extend into a container to supply makeup air into the container as fluid is dispensed. An indicating spout for flexible containers is vented to only the exterior of the flexible container.

The covering member is movable about a range of positions to substantially completely cover at least one of the inlet and outlet at all positions in the range. The covering member covers no more than a portion of the chamber interior wall when the covering member completely opens the outlet.
