摘要： Provided is a supercapacitor electrode that is coupled on one side or both sides of a collector, in which the supercapacitor electrode consists of a carbon material that forms an electric double layer, in which the carbon material consists of: a powder-shaped electrode active material; a powder-shaped conductive material; and a fibrous carbon material of a aspect ratio of 3-33. The supercapacitor electrode can be implemented into a high-capacitance or high-power supercapacitor together with low equivalent series resistance.

摘要： The present invention relates to an organic electrolyte composition for supercapacitors and a method for preparation thereof. The invention discloses a thixotropic organic electrolyte composition comprising an organic solvent, a salt, and hydrophilic oxide particles. The thixotropic organic electrolyte composition of this invention is a gel or a solid at normal temperature, by overcoming the disadvantages possessed by existing liquid organic electrolytes, and thereby to realize long service life of supercapacitors as well as to secure safety.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a handover method and apparatus for providing mobile Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) service over wireless communication networks. The handover method includes checking whether the strength of a signal received from a first base station of a serving first wireless network falls within a predetermined first threshold range; if the strength of the signal falls within the range, checking whether the strength of a signal received from at least one base station of a second wireless network is higher than a second threshold value required for handover; estimating the velocity and direction of a Mobile Node (MN) using location information received from a satellite; predicting a handover target base station using the estimated velocity and estimated location information; and, if the predicted target base station is one of base stations having the second threshold value, performing handover to the target base station.

摘要： An image forming apparatus having a pickup roller rotated to pick up a printing medium. The image forming apparatus includes support members operated in connection with the rotation of the pickup roller, and the pickup of the printing medium is carried out under the condition that both sides of the printing medium are supported by the support members. The image forming apparatus thereby prevents jams generated in the process of picking up a deformed printing medium.
