摘要: A hybrid vehicle includes a thermal control system having a first high temperature cooling circuit, a second low temperature cooling circuit and a third cooling circuit for cooling/heating a battery pack. A system of valves is configured to connect the third circuit with the second circuit so as to create a loop consisting of a main portion of the third circuit and a main portion of the second circuit including the cooling portion of one or more electric motor assemblies of the hybrid vehicle, one or more additional components of the motor-vehicle, such as a turbocharger assembly and an intercooler assembly. In this operating condition, circulation of the liquid in the loop thus-formed can be activated by the pump of the third circuit and causes heating of the battery pack by the heat generated by the electric motor assemblies and, preferably, by the aforesaid additional components of the motor-vehicle.

摘要: A cooling system for an internal combustion engine of a motor-vehicle presenting a circuit for a coolant of the engine. The circuit includes a thermally insulated tank for the coolant of the engine, connected to an outer portion of the cooling circuit. The tank is arranged in the circuit to retain a defined quantity of coolant at a temperature above the ambient temperature when the engine is inactive, and for causing this quantity of coolant to flow, at a temperature above the ambient temperature, into the cooling circuit of the engine, after a subsequent start of the engine, during an engine warm up stage. The circuit also includes an expansion vessel connected to the outer circuit portion of the coolant of the engine. The expansion vessel has a thermally insulated body and constitutes the thermally insulated tank for the engine coolant.

摘要: An air conditioning system for motor-vehicles includes a thermally controlled expansion valve unit for regulating the expansion of the fluid upstream of the evaporator, depending upon the temperature downstream of the evaporator. An intermediate heat exchanger provides a heat exchange between the conduit upstream of the evaporator and the conduit downstream of the evaporator. The expansion valve unit is arranged in such a way that its temperature sensor detects a temperature of the fluid along the conduit downstream of the evaporator at a portion of this conduit which is located downstream also with respect to the intermediate heat exchanger. A connecting flange is interposed between the evaporator and the thermally controlled expansion valve unit.
