Abstract: The present disclosure provides a coiled capacitor comprising a coil formed by a flexible multilayered tape, and a first terminating electrode and a second terminating electrode which are located on butts of the coil. The flexible multilayered tape contains the following sequence of layers: first metal layer, a layer of a plastic, second metal layer, a layer of energy storage material. The first metal layer forms ohmic contact with the first terminating electrode and the second metal layer forms ohmic contact with the second terminating electrode. The energy storage material comprises material selected from the list comprising rylene fragments, doped oligoaniline and p-oligo-phenylene, supramolecular structures, colloidal composite with dispersion (suspension) of electro-conductive anisometric particles in an insulator matrix, material comprises a surfactant.

Abstract: A metadielectric composite oligomeric organic material according to the formula: wherein C is a linear chain oligomeric polarizable core with a system of conjugated multiple and single bonds wherein the linear chain oligomeric polarizable core possesses at least two different monomers with differing electron affinity, and the different monomers are positioned within the linear chain oligomeric polarizable core such that an electron affinity gradient is present, and the differing monomers have a low HOMO-LUMO bandgap between them, and there is at least one electron-donor group, D, attached to the linear chain oligomeric polarizable core, there is at least one electron-acceptor group, A, is attached to the linear chain oligomeric polarizable core, p′ and q′ represent the number of electron-donor and electron-acceptor groups present, respectively, and are any integer greater than zero, and at least one resistive insulating group is covalently attached to the molecular structure at any location.

Abstract: A meta-dielectric film usable in a capacitor includes composite molecules with a resistive envelope built with alkyl oligomeric single chain or branched chain oligomers having carbo-hydrogen or carbo-fluoro composition and a polarizable core molecular fragment inside the resistive envelope. The polarizable core has an electronic or ionic type of polarizability provided by electronic conductivity of the core molecular fragment or limited mobility of ionic parts of the core molecular fragment.

The molecular material is described by the general formula: Dp-(Core)-Hq, where Core is a polarizable conductive anisometric core, having conjugated π-systems, and characterized by a longitudinal axis, D and H are insulating substituents, and p and q are numbers of the D and H substituents accordingly. And Core possesses at least one dopant group that enhances polarizability.
